Show BioHide BioBrian Arundel received an MFA in creative writing from Louisiana State University. His short stories and essays have appeared in publications that include Salon.com, Mid-American Review, Bryant Literary Review, Under the Sun and Buddhadharma, as well as the anthologies "The Practice of Creative Writing," "Best of Brevity" and "Contemporary Creative Nonfiction." His play "Sara, Sam, Etc.", is forthcoming from Červená Barva Press. Brian worked in the publishing industry for 15 years as an editor and writer before recently transitioning to the nonprofit sector. He lives outside of Portland, Maine, with his wife, Manuela.
